DESCRIPTION:The 61st Dornbirn-GFC will take place from September 14 – 16 at the Kulturhaus in Dornbirn. As the world’s largest fiber innovation congress\, the Dornbirn-GFC is once again an important meeting place for the public. Personal interaction is possible this year\, in the usual form. \nAt Dornbirn-GFC 2022\, 95 international speakers from industry and research will present the latest innovations in the fiber and textile industry. As a generator of ideas and networks\, the Dornbirn-GFC will offer young companies a stage for the second time. The 2nd Start-up Event offers the platform for the presentation of innovative ideas.  Furthermore\, 25 important partners of the fiber industry present their companies in the exhibition area. The presentation of the Young Scientis Award by Lenzing AG and the Paul Schlack Award in cooperation with CIRFS provide insights into the research topics of the next generation.
